Q: What types of payment can I use?

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as offer express checkout options utilizing ShopPay, GooglePay, and ApplePay.

Q: I have an idea for a t-shirt design, are you interested?

A: We are always interested in hearing about new and fresh ideas. We cannot guarantee we will use the designs. Feel free to contact us via email at support@countryofgod.com.

Shipping / Returns

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update. If you have any additional questions or need additional help you may reach out to support@countryofgod.com, and we will be here to help.

Q: My package tracking information is showing that it has been delivered, but I have not received it. What can I do?

A: Sometimes USPS mark packages as delivered a day or two before they are. If you’ve waited two days, please read below.

Please verify that your current mailing address is the address on the order confirmation email you received.

We also recommend that you check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. This happens a lot!

If you live in an apartment complex, we recommend that you contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.

Consider calling your local post office with your tracking number and ask them if they can assist you further. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you. If they have a postmaster at your local post office, ask to speak with him/her first.

Q: I’m seeing my package was returned to sender! What can I do to fix this?

A: Customers are responsible for entering in the correct mailing address at checkout. If you made a mistake, please contact us ASAP and if your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your shipping otherwise your order will go out as it was entered by you. Packages that are returned to us for an insufficient address will be issued as a store credit to customer minus any shipping costs or the customer can pay for the package to be shipped again.

Please contact support@countryofgod.com with your order number and correct shipping address, and we will be able to assist.

Q: How do I exchange an item I purchased?

A: Items may be exchanged for another as long as they are returned in the condition you received them in. Clothing items must be unwashed and unworn. To receive an exchange, please send the following information to support@countryofgod.com:

  • A brief description explaining the reason for the exchange.
  • The order number or the name and address used when purchasing the item.

Once the item is returned and accepted, we will refund your original purchase to the credit or debit card used during checkout. Please make a separate purchase for the new item.

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges when sending back an item for exchange. We recommend using the United States Postal Service. Their rates are very affordable and they also offer tracking and shipping confirmations. All exchanges are shipped back via standard ground delivery.

Q: What should I do if my item has been damaged or broken?

A: No worries! To get a replacement, go to our refund policy and go through the return/exchange process.

Three exceptions:

    1. We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.
    2. If an item has been altered in any way, we can’t replace the item.
    3. We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.

Q: What should I do if I received the wrong item(s)?

A: Sorry about that! If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, please go to our refund policy and go through the return/exchange process. We’ll handle the issue ASAP!
