Country of God was designed as a platform to spread God's word to all people of all Countries.
A year ago, I answered the call to go on a mission trip with my church to Nicaragua. I didn't know what to expect or what I would find on this trip but I knew I had to go. During this trip, I got to meet some incredible people and experience first hand what it is like to live without all of the things that we take for granted here in America. Things like cell phone service, hot running water, or electricity to name a few.
This experience was a stepping stone into the eventual creation of Country of God. I want Country of God to be a light for all of the people suffering in this world. We can accomplish this through teaching of God's word, expressing our faith through creative faith based t-shirts, and most importantly, loving each other like Christ did when he sacrificed himself to remove are sins.
36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” 37 And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. 38 This is the greatest and first commandment. 39 And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. 40 On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.”
It is because of this Love that Christ showed us and the Great Commission that we want to empower people that are hearing God's calling but are not sure where to start or how to start. We want to use the Missions page as a platform to run t-shirt campaigns for individuals or groups who need help going on a Mission Trip. If you are one of those individuals looking for help email us email@example.com and remember Mission Trips are not just preformed outside of the U.S; they are also preformed inside our great country as well.
The Great Commission
18 Jesus said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
